Sign in Adobe Cloud every time

I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on several PCs. On two of them, every time I restart the PC or log in with a different Windows user, I have to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud again. This has been happening since around April. All software is up to date. Why is this happening?

i don't know.  but you may be abel to remedy by going to https://account.adobe.com and signing out of all devices.  you might also note if the same device is listed more than once, though that may not be meaningful.

then sign into your two preferred devices and see if you have problem.

We already tried that more than once, but it didn't work.

And yes, sometimes we have the same device listed more than once.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @sistemas_7650,

Thank you for reaching out.

Based on the details shared, it appears you're experiencing an issue where users are prompted to sign in to Adobe apps each time the PC is restarted. To assist you further, could you please confirm whether this issue is affecting a single user or multiple users across your organization?

  • If the issue is limited to a single user, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps outlined in this Adobe Help article:
    Troubleshoot Creative Cloud sign-in issues

  • If multiple users are affected, please ensure that no Group Policies, security tools, antivirus software, or endpoint management solutions are configured to clear stored credentials during logoff or restart.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
^AN
