Sign in, get signed out, Adobe can't do simple things

I sign into Creative Cloud, try to access Acrobat, and get to sign in again, and again and again. Any click on any function in Acrobat, or Illustrator and I head back to sign in. I have tried to use the Google sign in as well as the direct sign in with UserID and password

 

I have tried all the things listed in the community forum for this

 

Total frustration.
