Hello,

I have a user who signed into Adobe Acrobat before he got a license assigned to him. The account that he created uses his work email address. He also set a password on this account. In the past, all I needed to do is have the user log out and in again. Now, every time he logs in, he is taken to his personal account. Tried going to Plans in his account, but he has no plans. Tried stopping and starting Credential Manager but he still logs in with his work Gmail account and gets his personal account.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mark

Hi there,

Does the user see an account chooser screen right after entering the email? While signing in, they must choose the 'Company or School account' option. For more details, please see: https://adobe.ly/4cJBbkI

Let us know if this helps.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
