Me dirijo a ustedes debido a las persistentes dificultades que he enfrentado al intentar obtener asistencia para la compra de licencias adicionales. Lamentablemente, los canales de soporte disponibles no han sido efectivos:
El asistente virtual no proporciona soluciones concretas, limitándose a respuestas automatizadas que no abordan mi requerimiento.
El chat en línea derivó mi consulta a un correo electrónico incorrecto, lo que imposibilitó cualquier seguimiento.
Las líneas telefónicas de soporte no han respondido en múltiples intentos realizados en distintos horarios.
Dado que se trata de un proceso que debería ser sencillo, resulta inaceptable que, como cliente, no cuente con un medio confiable para gestionar mis solicitudes.
Por lo anterior, solicito:
La asignación de un representante de soporte que pueda asistirme en la compra de licencias.
Un método de contacto directo y funcional (teléfono o correo electrónico verificable) para evitar demoras adicionales.

In addition to what @Anshul_Nautiyal recommended, and from a customer point of view, I have the following remarks and information:
You do not tell us how you tried to contact Adobe, but you should use the admin console for all of your requests. For a lot of reasons, Adobe does not publish support e-mail addresses. The most obvious reason for me is to avoid scammers on both ends of the e-mail chain.
1. access the virtual assistant via the admin console.
2. Adobe does not propose support by e-mail, as of my knowledge.
3. I've never used phone support, but phone support is available and the details are shown in the admin console, tailored to your region and language.
Using the admin console, you can get more information about your sales representative, at least if you are the contract owner. We are using a local reseller, the same reseller who also handles our Microsoft and Autodesk stuff, so for us, that is one single point of contact. I suppose, however, that any reseller (including Adobe via direct sales) is at the same level. In all cases the admin console is your central point to manage your company account. And adding licences is even one of the easy tasks here.
