Started having federated MAC users not be able to access Acrobat DC Pro on MAC

Today we seemed to all of the sudden have MAC users of with federated accounts using our Temp access not be able to launch Acrobat DC specifically even though they can install it and can install and launch other Adobe CC desktop apps(ie. Photoshp, Indesign...).  They get a licensing error window that is launched by Acrobat Licensing Application.   Is this a know issue?  How do we resolve this?  Acrobat_Licensing_Application_and_Apps___Adobe_Creative_Cloud.jpg

everything works, except the rename part.  If we rename the plist file it does not work but if we don't rename it, then it does work.  Seems to make sense because they are trying to launch Acrobat Pro DC.

Thanks for you help.

It worked for me without renaming, too. Thank you!
