When I first made my enterprise account for school, the cost of Creative Cloud was no covered, but they have recently changed policies and will now cover Creative Cloud. However, I am still being charged for Creative Cloud. Is there an easy fix to this through Adobe? Do I have to continue the payments because I made the account before the change?
