I recived approval from Adobe to add my student's emails as users. Once students emails have been added to my users, can I share the guidelines to download the software or do I still need to wait for further approval from Adobe? I appreciate all of your hard work and help with this!
No, there is no need to wait for any additional approvals.
Users already present in the Admin Console should have access. For any new students you're adding, were noticing that that sometimes it's taking upto an hour for them to get access. Just to be sure, I'd suggest that you run a quick test with one of the newly added accounts, before you share the guidelines with the students.
