I am a IT Director for a CTE High School that uses Adobe products in several labs. We have over 200 students who use the various products we license. Our students take a NOCTI exam which is a national test to prove their competency in their CTE program. Students were recently accused of stealing digital content from this exam. I attempted to search the contents of their Adobe Creative Cloud folder from the Admin Center and was told I cannot even look at the content in their folder. I can do this with other cloud products (Microsoft, Google, etc). I was told the only way I could access it is to have the user logon or the person would be gone and I would take control of their files. This is a severe issue as I do not want to create large panic by inquiring the entire class nor do I want to delete and recreate a bunch of accounts. A lot of new school code language coming dictates that certain people in a school need to be able to reasonably digitally search content and this is a MAJOR flaw with Adobe Cloud if it cannot be done.

I want to reassure you that we do have the capability to provide access to content logs for administrators. These logs offer valuable information on user activity and interactions within our system. However, it's important to note that while administrators can view the metadata and details surrounding these interactions, the actual content of the files remains inaccessible to them. This ensures the privacy and confidentiality of end-user data: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/content-logs.html
