Student License Expired

Hi, I've been using adobe apps for 3 years now with my university student license and I can access all apps with no charge, and recently when I attempted to use my Indesign app, it says my License has expired but I still I am still an existing student and have a few years left in my degree. I remember receiving an email a few years ago for a renewal and that fixed it before, however now I did not receive a license renewal email and currently in need of help if Adobe possibly made a mistake in expiring my student license.
