student plan doesn't include the main apps anymore

Hi folks,

As you can see below my plan has stopped including the main apps for my college Adobe plan. The fee was taken out of my acc this month yet now if I want to use the apps its asking me to buy them...

Has this happened to anybody else or and idea what I have to do?

Hi Patrick,

I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email) you have utilized to post here and found a Creative Cloud enterprise license assigned to it via your school.

As you have mentioned you are paying for a subscription, there are chances that you may have purchased a personal Creative Cloud individual subscription on some other email ID.

If you have any other Adobe ID (email) apart from the one used here, please share that with me in a personal message and I'll check the details for you. (How to send 'Personal Message' to someone in the community

I can tell you that what you see is the apps available with a free plan or no subscription at all. Contact your college if the plan is through them.
