Student who had free trial with school email address

Good morning, our students are starting to install the Adobe CC apps at home thanks to Adobe's response to the COVID-19 crisis.  I heard from one student who previously had a CC trial using his school email address.  He gets the message when he tries to install software that his trial has expired and that he needs to purchase the software.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Denise

Hi Denise,

If it is the same email address of the user which is added to your admin console for the free access, then please ask your student to deactivate the existing apps from their machine and reactivate them again, they can follow the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/activate-deactivate-creative-cloud-apps.html
