Previous It director no longer on staff and I do not have rights to access the administrator console for Creative Cloud. How can I get this changed so I can make sure accounts are set up for students and staff?

You can log in to adobe.com using your federated ID and navigate to the "Support" option at the top right side under which you will get an option of "contact us" to initiate the chat with the support team.
If the primary contract owner has left the organization then we need an authorization email to change the contract owner and make you the new admin. The support team would be able to give you all the details.

I would recommend contacting support who can forward the request to the concerned team to change the contract owner and the admin from the current contract. They might need an authorization email to make the necessary changes. You can contact the support team by signing in to the adobe.com site and initiate a chat session, click on the chat icon on the bottom right corner.

I have the same issue. I am at a school and the previous system administrator is no longer here. The only option I have to contact support is to contact our previous system administrator. How to I get around that so I am able to contact adobe support?
