Support installing Creative Cloud, please!

Hello, I need your help! On July the 14th I bought online the Creative Cloud for Teams (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign ) so we don't have it physically. When we try to access the link to download the apps the page goes blank, it doesn't give the next option to fill my data. We tried on different computers and we seem to only have the problem with the desk Mac we actually need the creative cloud for. We're using safari. Our purchase number is AD017277119. Thank you!
