Support: Transfer Adobe Fonts Web Projects to another account within my organisation

Hi. The I'm changing jobs soon and I've got 7+ years for 100 + clients worth of kits (now Web Projects) on my account. A couple of years ago, support helped transfer my former colleague's projects across to my account. I was wondering if there's a way to do this again to another team member or the organisation's account. Recreating the projects on another account is not possible, updating files will be impossible across our client-hosted files.

I was really hoping for some help on this. The documentation and forums haven't helped on this.

Thanks!

I would think the only way to do this is to contact customer support. They have access to the systems needed to support account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page, through a phone call, or through Twitter. There is no email support.

CHAT: Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID.
You must allow cookies in your web browser for this to work.
Disable any ad blocker
Disable any pop-up blocker for the site
Disable any script blockers for the site

This is the link to the US website. If you are not in the US, the site should redirect to the page appropriate to the region associated with your ID.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.

If that doesn't work, try this link, which opens a chat window directly:

PHONE: You can also search this page for a regionally appropriate phone number for customer support.

You can also try Twitter, @ AdobeCare. (take out the space)

if you have a teams/enterprise subscription, contact your plan administrator.  they can access adobe help if they need.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Hello - did you find a solution for this? I contacted support and they told me to come to Adobe Community Support  (which seems backwards) and I see multiple people with this same exact issue here  Is the only way to do this is manually recreating the web projects? Thank you, in advance.
