Team memeber without access to apps

Hi everyone!

I need some help. I have this big issue with my account. I have an active account with regular plan, but I can't download any apps besides Bridge, Creative Clound, XD, Rush and Aero. All other apps are BUY or TRY. My admin said that I have the same plan as others. Any ideas?

It seems you have only a free plan, since the apps you list are always available to everyone. Or, Creative Cloud THINKS you have a free plan. Try signing out and signing in. When you type your password look closely for options like "Enterprise login" which are sometimes seen.
