The Installation Failed

New Here ,
Oct 06, 2016 Oct 06, 2016

Hi I created a download file for the package to install Creative Cloud on my  iMac, but it does;t take very long for it to bring up a large yellow warning triangle and the message "the installation failed".

There is no error code, please can you let me know what I can do to fix this please?

Hi,

Can you clarify the steps you are taking? Have you built a package for deployment with Creative Cloud Packager? Or are you downloading the Creative Cloud Desktop App from the Adobe website?

What is the version of the OS you are installing onto? Do you have admin rights?

Hi Jeff!

I did build the package for deployment - and installed it. I don’t understand why I only have “Download trial” available for all the apps. OR why I

I have macOS Sierra Version 10.12.

Here’s what I have...

Is there a way I can use this on both my iMac and my MacBookPro? That’s what I need to do...
