I am trying to cancel one of the licenses under our Adobe team profile and all instructions say to go to Adobe Admin Console > Support, but there is no chat support option on this page, merely unhelpful links to ADD products.
Why has the chat function been removed? Is the only way to remove a license to call the helpline and wait on hold? Why can we not remove a license on our own through the admin console?

We understand that you need assistance with removing licenses from your Creative Cloud for Teams.
You can reduce the number of licenses during the renewal window. For example, if you assigned ten Creative Cloud All Apps licenses, and you only require seven licenses next year, decrease the license count to seven. You'll be prompted to unassign users before your anniversary date.
