Think I got scammed

New Here ,
Mar 05, 2025 Mar 05, 2025

I got an email with the subject line:
Invitation to review Upcoming deadline for [Company account]

The email address was message@adobe.com for titled as [contact email address] via Adobe Creative Cloud.

There was a link to 'Review' deadline, I clicked it, it asked for my login details, and i went through the process, and now I have been locked out of anything linked to that email address.

Have a been scammed?

Contact your company's IT dept.  They would know more about this than we do.
