trying to register my adobe photoshop cs6 on volume site (was purchased through a vendor, february 2013). why can't I register it?

why can't I register my adobe photoshop cs6 that Ipurchased in 2013?  I did after I purchased it and since then my pc crashed, had to reload and have had issues, mainly 15 different languages show up in my files.  How do I receive updates?????

There is no need to register Volume software as its already register in LWS website once you purchase it. However can you please let me know the exact error message you are getting while updating.
