Two accounts, one email. Cannot log-in to the account with my credit card info & activated trial?

I have a student account through my university where I have an enterpise log-in. They recently took away my Adobe access so without being logged in, I clicked on the student deal on the main page and signed up with the same email address & my personal credit card details. I think it created a new account under my student email, but I cannot log into it, and the Adobe website keeps signing me into my student account with no active subscriptions. 

 

I cannot access my trial and subscription at all, I even tried signing in on incognito mode. How do I fix this? I tried all the instructions on fixing sign in details, and have yet to log into the account with an active trial or subscription showing. I dont want to get charged if I can't cancel or use the subscription, and it definitely registered because I got a confirmation sent to my student email and a preliminary charge on my credit card. 

 

Can anyone help me? Does anyone have an Adobe customer service number to call? I tried the chat bot but couldnt talk to a real person because I cant log in to my paid account.
