I currently have an Adobe Acrobat subscription. I signed on to buy the entire creative cloud subscription for Black friday to add on to my current subscription. However, when i sign into my account, i do not see my new subscription. I'm already being charged for it.

Contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

We have reviewed the account that you have used to post here and found out that you have an active Creative Cloud Individual subscription along with an Adobe Acrobat for Teams. If you want to switch profiles, sign out and sign back in. After entering your credentials, the Profile chooser will display. Select the profile of your choice.
