Unable to access Adobe Admin console: 'You Don’t Seem to Have Access' Error

I am the admin for our district. I was able to access the console last month. When I attempt to log in now, it says : Were Sorry

We have a team account set up on Frame, but not adobe. Do both accounts need to be team? Or if we upgrade the adobe account to a team account, will that also convert the frame account to a team account?
