Hello,
I have a user that changed email addresses and after removing their entitlement to Acrobat, creating a new account with the updated email address, now I can't assign an entitlement for Acrobat to this new account. It shows the deletion and creation in my log but I've attempted several times to assign not only Acrobat, but any of our other entitlements to this account. Please help me get this resolved.
Thanks,
Vanessa

glitch in the system yesterday.
