Unable to Cancel Adobe Enterprise Plan

New Here ,
Jun 02, 2025 Jun 02, 2025

Hi,

I'm trying to cancel my Adobe plan, which is set up under my university email. When I attempt to cancel, it says the account is managed under an Enterprise plan and that I need to contact an administrator.

However, when I reached out to my school, they confirmed that they do not provide Adobe coverage and that my email is not tied to their enterprise account. I also don’t have access to the admin console to manage or cancel the subscription myself.

To make things more confusing, there’s no billing information visible on my account, so I’m not even sure if I’m subscribed under an annual plan or monthly. I want to avoid being charged, but I have no clear way to manage or cancel the subscription. Has anyone experienced this or know how I can get this escalated to Adobe support?

Thank you!

Hi @alinna_2585,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing your account, I can see that you have both an active Creative Cloud All Apps individual plan and an enterprise plan associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. Please note that only the individual plan is billed to you directly.

In addition, your school administrator has assigned you a Creative Cloud All Apps license under an enterprise plan. When signing in, you should see a profile chooser. Selecting your Personal Account will give you access to your individual subscription, while selecting your Business Profile (associated with your school) will give you access to the license provided by your institution.

If you would like to cancel your individual plan, please log in to your Personal Account and follow the steps outlined here:

Let us know if you have any further questions — we're happy to help.

Regards,

^AN

Hi Anshul,

Thank you for your response! I logged into my personal account, but it shows that I’m not subscribed to a paid plan and there are no prior invoices listed. However, I’ve been charged $19.99 in the past and would like to confirm whether this plan has been canceled or is still active.

Best,
Alinna

Hi @alinna_2585,

Could you please open the following link: https://adobe.ly/3HkfblV
When signing in, make sure to use the Adobe ID associated with your education account (the same ID used to post this query).
Please select Personal Account instead of Business or School Account during the sign-in process.

Once signed in, kindly confirm whether you’re able to view any active plans listed under your account. Additionally, we recommend opening the link in an incognito/private browser window to rule out any browser cache or session-related issues.

Regards,

^AN
