Unable to cancel plans

Hello,

Has anybody else found it impossible to cancel?

We're shutting down and are trying to cancel all existing plans. However, the entire system is sending us around in circles. We are told to start a chat to open a support case, but any time the word 'cancel' is mentioned the agent just ends the conversation. This has been going on for weeks. I managed to get one agent to stay who told us to just...not pay??? Surely that's not right?

Any Adobe customer care people on here who are able to solve this?

Hi @Chris278786378ln9,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing your account, I see that you have an active Team Plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query.

To proceed with canceling your plan, you will need to raise a support case through the Adobe Admin Console. Please follow the steps outlined in this guide:
How to Raise a Support Case

Additionally, I have checked on the backend and confirmed that you have already submitted a support case. I have shared the relevant notes with you via personal message—please review them at your convenience.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,

^AN
