Unable to create Package for Feature restricted licensing - Offline

Hi

1.  When creating package I am not getting option for Feature Restricted licensing - Offline.

2. Only following two options are available in Feature restricted licensing

(a) Online

(b) Isolated

3. I required Offline version option in Feature Restricted licensing.

1. Sign in to the Admin Console.
2. Navigate to Support and click Create Case.
3. Fill out the form with the necessary details about your issue.
