Unable to delete the Business ID that is associated to my personal Adobe ID

I have a personal Adobe ID that has 2 business ID associated to which i would like to delete.

I am no longer a part of that group and have no contact to the previous team, so I cannot ask them to remove me from the previous team.

I have phoned Adobe Teams support and they said they can't remove the associated enterprise profile from my ID.

Strangely, when i log to any of the enterprise profile into the account dashboard, there is no "leave the organisation" button next to my company :

This is quite annoying bcs I am no longer able to login to my Behance to see the content associated under my personal profile (behance login page does not have personal profile to choose from).

Anyone knows how i can solve this?

Thanks,

H

@HarryPeng Different profiles never restrict you from accessing the licenses that you have in your personal profile.

I cannot find any Behance or any other type of license under your personal profile if you are referring to the account you used to post this query.

So, if you are unable to access the correct license, it does not mean the other profiles conflict. You might not be using the correct account to access the license, or the license is not active.

@HarryPeng Kindly sign in with your account with the "Personal Account" option and check if you are getting the option to leave the organization.

Currently, I am not seeing any active CC license under your account.

Hello Sujushi, thank you so much for your reply. Under my current personal profile of "<removed-kglad>" Adobe ID, there is no "organisation" tab. This organsation section only shows up under my 2 enterprise profile, but then it does not come with the button that is "leave".

Hello Kevin,

I have checked this very tutorial before posting this thread on the community. but thanks again for sharing.

The problem is, contrary to this tutorial, there is not "leave" button next to my organization name (shared in the screenshot in the main therad). It appears to be something wrong with my account.

This is so frustrating because the existence of that 2 enterprise profile is preventing me from accessing the Behance content that is under my personal profile. And if I choose any of those 2 enterprise profiles, it simply says the access is denied.

Just login with your personal account and go to "manage account option"  then in the Profile section you will find Company section. In company section click on "Leave Organistion button" just right after the company name.
