How do I change user name in Adobe Admin console?

Hello! Thank you for quick response but this help topic does not solve the issue. I want to change [None] to a specific name.

if editing (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-users-individually.html) doesn't allow a name change, delete and re-add.

Is the user tied to a specific Active Directory account that is synced with the Admin Console? If so you need to change the name upstream as it would auto populate/adjust the admin console entry with the sync to the AD profile.
