Unable to log in to my work account as I am logged in elsewhere.

I am trying to log in to my work adobe account but it states I am logged in somewhere else. I have gone through all of my browsers and cleared history/cookies but nothing is working. How can this be resolved? Please note, the account I want to get into isn't the account I am posting from, it is my work account.
