Unable to obtain a license.

Hello, we have an annual license for the Adobe package that we purchased this month, but when trying to enter any application, the message appears:

 

Unable to obtain a license.
It is possible that you have reached the maximum number of licenses. Contact your system administrator.

 

We have already gone to the console to reactivate the license and the problem still persists.

Has anyone had this problem?
How did they manage to solve it?
