Hi,
I am the Adobe license administrator for my company and I also use some of these licenses. I use a "master" account to purchase licenses and assign them to individual logins (including mine).
I recently purchased a one year license to Lightroom (payment accepted, invoice received) but this time I did it directly through my individual login. The problem: I still only have access to the licenses assigned by the "Master" account but not to this new one.
I understand that if the Lightroom license is not taken by the "master" account and then attributed, I can't have access to it. Which is not good since I use the same login and paid in full...
Can you help me?
