Unable to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud

Hello, I have recently encountered an issue regarding my creative cloud. Last year, I was completing my final year of school and was given an account by my school that allowed me to access Adobe Creative Cloud and all the related apps. This year I am now at university, and while my previous school license is no longer valid, I should in theory have access to a new university account that I can use to access these programs. However, this is where the problem is. I have been signed out of the Creative Cloud desktop application, and does no allow me to sign back in. There is no prompt to enter any details, username and password and so on. It just sayd "You have been signed out" and when I "Sign in" it just loops back to the exact same message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple time with no success, and I'm not sure how to fix the issue.
