Understanding of Single App Pro Plan

I've heard from many people that Adobe is currently offering Single App Pro plan.

I did some research but I coud not find any information about the differences with the Single App plan.

Does anyone has heard about it?

The key highlights of the pro plan that I could figure out from the above article are

• It can be purchased by teams having 5 or more users
• You get unlimited download of stock standard assets.
