Update from internal AUSST

New Here ,
Jun 08, 2017 Jun 08, 2017

Hi all,

we are trying to update our clients from internal AUSST-server. But it seems, downloads were done from external Adobe-server.

One question for clarification:

Documentation says on WIn7 updates.override-file should be in

\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides

and

\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResources

Do I have to add the filename AdobeUpdater.Overrides to the first location?

Should it be (with filename):

\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides\AdobeUpdater.Overrides

or

\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides  ??

Regards

Ullrich

Hi Ullrich,

Greetings.

The AdobeUpdater.Overrides file that you created has to be copied over in two locations.

\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0

\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResources

Hi Rohit,

thanks for clarification.

So the manual is incorrect.

There is written copy the file to \ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides

Kind regards

Ullrich
