It seems we have a problem either with our AUSST server or the overrides file.
If I have the overrides file in place in the 2 locations on Windows machines
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResources\"
When I launch the Creative Cloud App I don't have options to install new software - only to launch existing software and update existing software
If I remove these files, restart the computer and launch Creative Cloud App - all is normal - I can install new software
I have notriced that we have a large number of 0 size files on the AUSST server ending in .aamdownload - which is the temporary files.
Our AUSST server syncs once a week - last weeks log file shows no download errors, but I am wondering if an earlier sync thinks that it worked correctly but didn't actually correctly download a file?
