Updates not working in all languages

We have packaged Adobe but the issue we are seeing is that auto updates works for English, Green and Danish but it fails if the language is any of these:

Spanish

Deutsch

French

Italian

Chinese

Korean

Nederlands

Polish

Russian

Turkish

Help?!
