User doesnt recieve email when assigning a licens/product, but if I remove it - he gets an email.

Hi

 

Never happened before but when i try to assign a user a licens for Adobe Acrobat STD he never gets the email. But when i remove the licens he does indeed recieve a conformation. So the email address is working...partially. 

 

I tried to remove the user completely and added him again. Same issue.

Any help would be appreciated. What to do  ?

As I have checked your Team account details, I see the User you are referring to, who has been Assigned and removed from Acrobat Standard DC license today has received both emails that states “Nu har du åtkomst till Acrobat Standard DC” and “Du har inte längre åtkomst till Acrobat Standard DC”. Also, I have reviewed the Delivery reports from our Communication server that shows the Emails were delivered successfully.

Please send me a “private message” with the affected user’s email address so that I can check the user's accound details.

Also, please ask the end user to check Spam/ Junk email folders as the Emails shows delivered to the same account.
