I was trying to setup a user's account but they are lokced out and I can't figure out how to unlock her. She somehow got locked out for entering in the verification code wrong too many times. I have no idea why Adobe has users use MFA before their account is setup, like you get the get started email and it takes you to a website that requires a code from another email.... The email was taking over 10 minutes to arrive so I clicked resend, so I guess I entered in the old code and it locked her out.
I need to get access to setup and install Adobe for this user, I can't find a way to unlock it from the admin center, I tried to delete the account but it didn't work.
Anyone know a way to unlock the account? Normally you can reset the password or receive a link but this user has not gotten to the part where you create a password so she can't reset it.
Support is trying to tell me the only way is to wait 24hours, but Adobe can't be that really stupid (becuase I can't type the other word anymore).

This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the Covid virus, so wait times are long

Yea, it's fine now. It finally got unlocked on its own and was able to create a password for the user.
It's just dumb how they have it so the verification code can lock you out. Like if someone were brute forcing the account it would lock them out so fast.
