Verification Code in Gmail

At our company, we first receive a verification code in Gmail, and then we have to enter the code so that we can work with the Adobe product. since yesterday I have received the code in my mail instead of numbers, just a mixture of numbers and some characters like? and = and so on, but actually only the code has to contain the numbers, not letters and characters! and I tried to send this mail to my other mail, and it works and shows correctly in my other mail but not in my work mail! Does anyone know how I can fix these problems?

Please check if other new codes which you are receiving are different or the same one. You can check with your internal IT team if they have made any changes.
