Verlängerung Adobe-Lizenzen vor Verlängerungszeitraum

Hallo zusammen, 

unsere über VIP erworbenen Lizenzen laufen zum 16.06.2025 ab. Nun bin ich aber ab 01.05. bis 30.06.2025 nicht im Unternehmen und würde deshalb gerne Lizenzen schon jetzt verlängern. Der Support meinte, dass das nicht ginge, weil eine Verlängerung erst ab dem 17.05. möglich sei.

Ist das wirklich so?

Was muss ich tun, damit die Lizenzen schon jetzt verlängert werden. Ich würde sogar noch eine zusätzliche Lizenz benötigen.

Based on your query, it appears you are seeking assistance with renewing your Adobe VIP contract before the official renewal window, as you will be unavailable during the renewal period. Could you please confirm if this is the correct understanding?

In this situation, I would recommend inviting another person as the Contract Owner for your VIP agreement. This way, they can manage your licensing and complete the renewal during your absence. For detailed instructions on how to change the Contract Owner, please refer to the following document:  Change your Adobe Contract Owner.

If changing the Contract Owner is not an option, I suggest you contact your Account Manager or Reseller.
Please note that renewal orders can only be placed within 30 days prior to the Anniversary Date and are due by the Anniversary Date. During this window, renewal orders can be processed either through Adobe directly or via your Reseller.
