We have Acrobat DC Standard (volume license) installed on a terminal server. It keeps prompting users to license the software every time it opens. It seems like a profile issue, but the licensing will not stick when we log in with the individual users we have set up. How can we get it to stay licensed?

The licenses are coming in after we log in as each user (which is set up on our account)

OK,  I should have been more explicit with my inquiry about licensing.   Are you using "Serial Licensing" with a serial number, or are you using "Named Licensing" where each user is required to log into with their Adobe ID?
