Where can I check when licenses were added?

I purchase licenses for our company, but I am not the one who assigns them. I need to find out if one or more licenses have shown up in the admin console. For example, a vendor (not Adobe) might say they delivered some licenses but on my side the numbers might not reflect that. Where can I see which licenses were added when?
