Hi there
I'm now responsible for Adobe deployments. I'm given access to the dashboard http://aedash.adobe.com.
I think I quiet understand about classic and continuous track, about serialization and LEIDs. I successfully used the prtk tool to configure Acrobat Pro XI. Now I wanna prepare Acrobat Pro DC (2015 Classic) for Windows 10.
But where do I get the volume license key? Is it visible somewhere within the Enterprise Dashboard?
Do I need to find out who in our global company does have the license PDF or something?
Thanks
Hello Tariq
I do not have access the LWS. But our licensing guy gave me the serials.
So, I was able to package Acrobat DC both tracks by using the prtk tool.

Fabian

Hi FabianSz,
Sorry for the delay in response.
If you have Acrobat DC continuous track no serial number is required if you are doing named license deployment.
If you have classic track you can get the serial number from LWS(https://licensing.adobe.com/ )
How to find a serial number: Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts

Hi Fabian,
I am happy that you got this done.
They can also add you to the LWS Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions in future.
