who can assist me regarding Manage Creative Cloud for education device licenses

1st of all sorry for my english limitation.

i have follow all the guideline and link given by adobe agent.

i manage to install and activate the device license.

but after that the app (premier and photoshop ) at pc device appear as trial version.

i already deactivate the license, uninstall the app and redo from a to z (almost 10th times)

but it still same. at admin console show activated, but at pc device says it trial version.

anyone can help me regarding this matter.

If you were able to deploy package and install Apps,You may use the License File workflow to migrate previously deployed named user or trial packages to serial number licenses or device licenses.
