After being forcibly changed to Business ID, data disappears, login becomes complicated, and whose idea is this Business ID?
In addition, upon invitation, it must be accepted through an email link. This is the old way.
Moreover, there are many cases where mail does not come.
The change is not important, it is too uncomfortable.
Most users are uncomfortable with this Business ID.
If Adobe knows these issues, it should rather go back to its old Adobe ID.
Let's go back to Adobe ID.
Thanks for your feedback. This update provides additional control and monitoring of assets. In most cases the update is transparent, however for users who get entitlements from several business orgs, this provides the necessary separation of assets.
On inviting/adding a user they do receive an email invitation. However, it is *no longer* necessary to track down the email. When users sign in, if there are any pending invitations, they'll be prompted to join the team and may be prompted to move their assets. If users have entitlements coming from several businesses, we can't offer the choice of migrating assets and leave them behind in the Personal profile.
There shouldn't be any missing data; it's most likely in the Personal profile.
