It was very disappointing to experience an action against our work by the same company that provides a service, in this case Adobe.
Every single computer running Adobe Creative Cloud we have went down today at the same time (3:30 pm CT) Thursday 12th 2020.
We did not recive any warning or communication from Adobe in past days trying to alert us of this action.
The outage not only afected the Adobe software but also the computer's performance because the adobe process was running on the back. Because of this we had a very serios service interruption to our clients.

I would like to have an explanation from you about this issue so we can decide what to do about this.
