I have emailed the account manager several times for order renewal but no response. Saw so many similar experiences. Any suggestions to do? Or does anyone know why this happens? My previous account manager was excellent, but this year they give me a new one who ignores me. It seems that customer service creates tickets, which never works.

Thanks for your patience. I can see that you have an active enterprise account which is in renewal window. I could not see any active case under your email address regarding the renewal order.
