Why the cloud does not refresh me the latest version of id on my mac osx 10.9.5?

He has stopped to version Id CC 2015, and does not show me the upgrade to the CC version 2015.4.

My colleagues have the PC and can download it.

TAGLIUZ I have not seen a similar error before.  I would recommend showing the screenshot to your I.T. department/computer administrator.  Perhaps they have restricted access to Java on the current image you were provided?

If you have a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise account your I.T. department can submit a request for direct Adobe assistance with configuring the computer through their dashboard.

Maybe you should uninstall InDesign (using the Creative Cloud app), run Adobe Cleaner and Reinstall.

Grazie per la risposta veloce.

Ho seguito la procedura, ma il mio indesign è ancora nella vecchia versione e il creative cloud non mostra quella nuova.

Come se non ne esistesse una nuova...mentre c'è la 2015.4, vero che c'è?

Also, have you tried signing out of the CC Application using the Gear icon, then restarting it and signing in again so it updates?

After the new last installation, i've restarted the mac.

But the version is ever that oldest.

My CC team is composed by 6 accounts, 4 with PC and 2 with mac.

The two accounts with mac dont can updated the new version of indesign. we have the same mac and the same problem.

Log out of CC App and log in again. Restarting the mac will not force a CC App update.

Did you use the gear icon in your last screen shot to sign out of the Creative Cloud Application and then relaunch it? Did the Creative Cloud Application itself update?

OK, it looks like signing out has been removed as an option, and that you have the latest version of the app. I'm going to move this thread to the Downloading, Installing, and Setting Up forum because it looks more like a CC App problem than InDesign.

TAGLIUZ I am sorry you are facing difficulty seeing the InDesign update.  You mentioned you have Creative Cloud for Teams.  Have you contacted the individuals who administers your computer to verify that updates have not been disabled.  If so then please request that they provide you a fresh installation package for InDesign CC 2015.  They can utilize the Creative Cloud Packager to prepare a package which includes InDesign CC 2015 and all of the available updates.

Jeff, non è un problema di administrator perchè non mi aggiornerebbe nemmeno photoshop, illustrator e gli altri programmi, che, invece, come si vede dalla foto precedentemente allegata, sono visibili con i codici degli ultimi upgrade emessi.

Passiamo pure a Deployment for Creative Cloud Team, Enterprise, & CS forum, come vuoi tu, ma io comunque aspetto una risposta e nn ho ancora gli aggiornamenti di Indesign visibile sul cloud.

TAGLIUZ updates can be blocked by your administrator.  If you are in a managed environment then please inquire with the individuals, or organization, administrating your computer to verify the update is available to you.

You are welcome to have your I.T. department update this discussion.

Come vedi mi dà l'aggiornamento a Bridge, ma non quello di Indesign girato parecchi giorni fa.

In compenso Indesign all'apertura mi propone questa finestra:

Da qui io posso rispondere sia ok che Cancel e il programma si apre comunque.

Credi possa essere legato al mancato aggiornamento?
