Windows 7 user unable to accept invite to install additional application. No errors.

User is unable to "Accept" an invitation to install additional application to her machine.  Admin console shows she has not accepted, she says she has.  May have an account I am not aware of or have access to  causing a conflict.

You can revoke or resend the invitation from the dashboard.

Go to Users > Pending Invitations and tick the ID in question. Then click the Revoke or Resend invite icon

If the user does not appear in the Users tab then try resending the invitation.

Resending would not do any good seeing the user cannot accept.  She hits "Accept", logs in but the license does not come down nor does it "Activate" in the Admin Console.

To check this we would need to have more details of the user and the dashboard, which is best not to do on a public forum.

I would advise to contact support.

In your portal go to Help for details of contacting support.

Darren,

Also try  this :  Kindly ask user to accept invite  using different browser. Have user right click accept  invite button and copy hyperlink and paste in different browser.

Hope it helps !!
