Добрый день!

Уже три дня пытаюсь войти в adminconsole, но получаю сообщение "Время ожидания ответа от сервера adminconsole.adobe.com истекло."

Пробовал из разных браузеров, на разных компьютерах, в разных местах  - везде один результат.

Не могу назначить лицензии пользователям.

Помогайте!!!

Добрый день!

У меня аналогичная проблема. Admin console недоступна. На ip адреса 34.248.132.15 и 34.250.132.70 не зайти и на ping ответа нет.

The problem exists in Russia because local government organization ROSKOMNDAZOR has blocked IP addresses from ADOBE cloud - I think ADOBE RUSSIA should connect to ROSKOMNADZOR, or change the IP pool because now it is impossible to use adobe creative clould in RUSSIA!!!

Thanks to all who have provided feedback. Adobe have made some changes to Creative Cloud routing and we are hopeful that this will resolve the issue.

К сожалению всё еще нет доступа к adminconsole.adobe.com - Страница недоступна в любом браузере и с любого устройства

ip остается прежним 34.248.132.15 и не пингуется

В моем случае проблема оказалась на стороне провайдера. У другого провайдера адрес доступен.

I faced same problem. At the moment I can't acess the adminconsole.adobe.com (34.250.4.202 and 34.255.115.102 IPs used by adminconsole.adobe.com) due to 34.248.0.0 subnet unavailable in Russia. It looks like side effect of actions of Russian authorities (Roskomnadzor). I believe Adobe representatives should contact them an try to solve the problem.

Can you confirm if it is just the Admin Console that you cannot access? Are you able to log into the Desktop Application or Creative Cloud Desktop App? This will help us narrow down the issue.
